Terms of Use, Advertising & Disclaimer
Access to the wiki guides, damage tables, interactive maps, and calculators on DayZ Codex is completely free of charge and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind regarding absolute accuracy or uninterrupted uptime. Inadvertent inaccuracies may occur due to ongoing game updates. Optional server directory listings, sponsorships, and promotional slots carry an administrative fee intended exclusively to contribute towards server hosting, domain, and infrastructure maintenance costs; this does not represent the sale of any DayZ or Bohemia Interactive licenses or official endorsements. DayZ Codex guarantees the active display of the agreed promotional placement for the contracted duration, but makes no guarantees regarding specific conversion rates, player count increases, or commercial results, which depend entirely on the external project's quality, management, and appeal. Once a promotional placement is activated, fees are non-refundable. DayZ Codex reserves the right of admission and may remove any project that promotes cheats, exploits, scams, or violates Bohemia Interactive terms without compensation. Under no circumstances shall DayZ Codex be liable for third-party server downtime or disputes.
